Here's how it went: Butter Lasooni Akkha Masoor + Masala Roti Started off strong but accidentally paired the masoor with masala roti — and the roti was so flavorful, it overpowered the taste of the masoor. Totally my mistake. Butter Roti & Plain Roti with Masoor Switched to butter roti and plain roti — and boom! That’s when the actual masoor taste came alive. Perfect balance. Highly recommend going with simple rotis to enjoy the masoor properly. Khushka Rice + Masoor Plate Tried khushka rice next, and they smartly gave a small plate of masoor on the side. This thoughtful touch made sure the rice had its own flavor moment. A well-balanced and satisfying combination. Solkadhi Finished the meal with solkadhi — refreshing, cool, and a perfect end to the meal. Light and flavourful. Verdict Really good place for vegetarians. Just make sure you pair the items right. Masala roti works better with plain sabji, but for masoor – go with plain or butter roti. The khushka rice combo is a must-try. Will definitely visit again! ”
